Yes. Standard samples are available for checking profile, material, surface finish, and overall quality before placing a bulk order. Standard samples are free for regular items. You cover the shipping cost. Custom sample cost is confirmed by profile, tooling, and finish.

Standard samples are ready within 7 days. Custom samples usually take 7 to 10 days. For new tooling or special finishes, timing is confirmed after drawing review.

Bulk production usually takes 20–30 days after order confirmation. The exact lead time depends on material, profile type, finish, order quantity, packaging requirements, and production schedule.

Tile trim orders are checked through practical inspection points before packing and shipment, including material inspection, dimension and profile checks, surface and finish inspection, packing inspection, and inspection records where required.

Yes. ISO 9001 certificate, SGS Supplier Assessment Report, and CE / RoHS documents for main product lines are provided on request. Scope for other documents is confirmed by the specific product and order.

Every bulk order includes a pre-shipment report: measured-dimension photos, surface close-ups, packaging and loading photos, and a 30-second loading video with the container number. SGS or your appointed third party is welcome for on-site inspection. Confirm inspection requirements before the shipment schedule is finalized.

Yes. We check packing method, labels, cartons, quantity, and basic export packaging details before shipment. For private label or retail channel orders, packaging artwork and label information should be confirmed before mass production.

Through sealed samples. After you approve the sample, 3 sealed samples are made from the same batch: 1 goes to you, 2 stay in our factory for 2 years from your last repeat order. Repeat production and QC are compared against the sealed sample for color and surface, so later batches match the one you approved.

Report within 30 days of arrival with photos or videos and the carton shipping mark. We compare the claim against your sealed sample and QC records. Confirmed factory defects are covered by replacement in your next order or a credit against your next order, whichever you choose. Installation damage, misuse, and improper storage are not covered.

No. NIUYUAN Metal is a factory-based wholesale tile trim manufacturer. We mainly serve brands, importers, distributors, retail channels, and project-based buyers. We do not focus on direct-to-consumer retail orders.
