Approved Sample Checks for Bulk & Repeat Orders
Send a physical sample, existing tile trim sample, or RAL or Pantone reference. We review the material, profile, target finish, and estimated quantity before confirming quotation and sample requirements.
After sample approval, three sealed samples are made from the approved batch and retained for two years from the last repeat order. Bulk and repeat batches are checked against them.

Can you match RAL or Pantone colors?
Yes. Send the RAL or Pantone code together with the material, profile, surface texture, gloss level, and estimated quantity. Metallic, brushed, polished, and reflective finishes may also require a physical reference because a color code does not define the complete surface appearance.
Can you match an existing tile trim or physical sample?
Yes. You can send an existing tile trim, metal sample, tile, hardware sample, or finish swatch. We review the base material, profile, target appearance, and quantity before confirming feasibility, quotation, and sample requirements. Photos can show the general direction but are not used as the final color standard.
Will the same color look identical on different materials?
No. The same named color can look different on aluminum, stainless steel, H59 solid brass, and PVC because the base material, surface texture, gloss level, and finish process affect the final appearance. Approve the actual sample for the selected material before bulk production.
Does a custom finish affect the MOQ?
The regular starting MOQ is 1,000 pieces for aluminum, 500 pieces for stainless steel, 200 pieces for H59 solid brass, and 2,000 pieces for PVC. Orders using a dedicated coating color, PVD color, decorative film, or new surface treatment setup are reviewed against the profile and quantity before quotation.
How long does finish sample development take?
Standard samples using an existing mold and confirmed finish are usually prepared within 7 days. Custom profile or custom finish samples normally require 7–10 days after the drawing, material, finish reference, and sample requirements are confirmed.
How do you check bulk production against the approved sample?
After sample approval, three sealed samples are made from the approved batch and retained for two years from the last repeat order. Bulk and repeat batches are checked for profile dimensions, color tone, gloss, texture, and packaging. Every bulk order includes a pre-shipment inspection report with photos and a loading video.
