LED Tile Trim

LED Tile Trim

LED tile trim is an aluminum channel profile with a PC diffuser that embeds LED strips into tile edges, stair treads, niches, and feature walls. Extruded from 6063 aluminum for effective heat dissipation and finished by anodizing or powder coating, it delivers clean, dot-free linear lighting while protecting tile edges.

Product Overview

Recessed LED Lighting Profiles for Tiled Surfaces

LED tile trim combines a 6063 aluminum LED channel with an opal or frosted polycarbonate diffuser, forming a recessed linear light that sits flush with the tile surface. The aluminum body works as a heat sink, drawing warmth away from the diodes to extend strip life, while the diffuser softens the output into an even, dot-free glow. It is compatible with common LED strip widths, so distributors can pair it with the tape lights their market already stocks.

Typical applications include the exposed edges of tiled walls, stair tread nosings, shower niches, bathroom mirrors, kitchen backsplashes, and feature walls in hotels, showrooms, and retail spaces. Because the LED strip slides into the channel and the diffuser snaps on, a failed strip can be replaced without removing the trim or damaging the tiles — a practical advantage for contractors maintaining commercial projects.

Standard profiles are supplied in 2.5 m lengths with anodized silver, black, or powder-coated finishes to match popular tapware and tile palettes. Channel widths and diffuser opacities can be adjusted to your drawings, and IP-rated versions with sealed end caps are available for wet areas. All profiles are extruded and finished in-house for consistent color and on-time bulk supply.

Dot-Free Linear Light

The opal PC diffuser spreads diode output evenly, eliminating visible hot spots for a premium finish.

Aluminum Heat Dissipation

The 6063 channel acts as a heat sink, lowering LED operating temperature and extending strip lifespan.

Replaceable LED Strips

Strips slide in and diffusers snap on, so maintenance crews can swap a failed tape without retiling.

IP-Rated for Wet Areas

Sealed end caps and gasket options bring splash-proof protection to bathrooms, kitchens, and spas.

What LED strips fit this trim?+
The channels accept common 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm flexible LED strips (12V / 24V). Tell us your strip width and we will match the channel and diffuser accordingly.
What is the MOQ for LED tile trim?+
The MOQ is 1,000 pcs per profile and finish. Mixed finishes for trial orders can be discussed — contact us with your project list.
